50ml blueberry maple syrup
1 ½ limes, quatered
20 mint leaves
75ml golden rum
1. Put the lemon, mint and syrup into a large high ball glass. Use a wooden spoon to muddle the mixture so that the mint leaves are bruised and mushy.
2. Add the crushed ice and rum.
3. Add the soda water, stir and garnish with fresh mint leaves.
